Punch Verification Photo: When you clock in or out, the App captures a punch verification photo using your device's front-facing camera. The photo is attached to that clock-in or clock-out record and is used solely to verify the identity of the person recording the time entry. These punch verification photos are reviewed only by authorized personnel; the App does not perform facial recognition and does not extract or store any biometric data.
Usage Details and Device Information: Details of your access to and use of the Site and App, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Site and App.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

To present our Site and App and their contents to you.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site or App.
